Position title: Administrative/Property Officer Position number 20007109 About the role: As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support services to members at the Footscray Police Station, North-West Metro Region, Division 2.

Your duties will include: Property management including but not limited to recording of property movements, safe property handling, communicating with Sworn members and management in relation to property items and their movements.Communication with internal and external stakeholders in relation to property items.Property management using the PALM system.Maintaining accountable documents including data entry, typing and word processing.The recording and tracking of briefs, correspondence and property and attend to follow-up procedures as required with a high attention to detail.Attend to telephone and counter enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders and provide information and advice as required.As the successful applicant, you will have: Experience in working with computers and various programs to perform a arrange of administrative tasks.Sound communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to accurately maintain systematic and administrative records whilst meeting strict deadlines.Ability to work successfully within a team environment and work independently.Display initiative and proactive work practices.Requirements and relevant information: Position will be located at Footscray Police Station, 66 Hyde Street, Footscray VIC.
