Administration Officer – Orygen Clinical Training Team Support clinical educators to build the youth mental health workforceOngoing part time (0.3 EFT) role | Flexibility and work-life balanceGrade 2 | Based in ParkvilleYour new team

Forming part of the Orygen Specialist Program (OSP), a program of the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the Orygen Clinical Training (OCT) team comprises of dynamic and enthusiastic multidisciplinary clinicians dedicated to building the Youth Mental Health workforce across Victoria.
Your new role: The Administrative Officer provides essential support to the team, and the OCT Coordinator to deliver the teams activities. In this role, you will:
Plan, develop and maintain processes that support OCT to conduct their activities.Plan projects, keep records and develop and maintain filing systems.Schedule and promote training, manage bookings, invoicing.Communicating with participants.Enter contacts into CMIAccurately record shifts and maintain Roster On.Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.About You: Good organisational, time-keeping and communication skillsGood team worker as well as able to work autonomouslyAble to ask for support and assistance when requiredExperience using Microsoft suite, Eventbrit, Qualtrics and other software packages.Previous administration experience in a mental health service and/or public health organisationDemonstrated understanding of confidentiality in managing data and informationBenefits of working with us: You will enjoy excellent work-life balance.
