About Victorian Perinatal Autopsy Service (VPAS)  The Victorian Perinatal Autopsy Service (VPAS) is a collaboration between the Women's (Lead service), Monash Medical Centre, and Mercy Hospital for Women. Our mission is to provide comprehensive perinatal autopsies across Victoria, ensuring consistent standards of practice and expertise in the clinical investigation of perinatal deaths. We work closely with associated pathology departments, including The Royal Children's Hospital Pathology, Monash Pathology, and Austin Pathology.
About the role We are excited to introduce the Administration and Data Officer role within VPAS. As a new position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our friendly team through a blend of administrative tasks and research assistance. If you're passionate about data, organization, and contributing to meaningful research, this role is for you!
A regular day will see you:
Collaborate on building and designing the VPAS database using Microsoft SharePoint and related applications.Assist with the referral for autopsy process via phone, email, and MS Teams communication.Ensure data usability for various purposes, including clinical referral reports and data analysis.Create minutes, agendas, and other documents for meetings and committees.About you You'll bring with you:
