Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to start immediately in Kings Meadows.

Your new company
Hays are proud to be partnering with a global manufacturing business who provide a range of products to customers in the construction, manufacturing and logistics industries.
They have the need for an experienced Administration Officer to join their team on a full-time basis with an immediate start for the right candidate until at least January 2025, with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Your new role
As the Administration Officer, your core responsibility will be to support the Branch Manager and assist with all administration functions within the office.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Reception duties including meeting and greeting customers as the first point of contact.
Assist with invoices and chasing up outstanding payments.
Input and maintain customer details and sales records.
General office duties e.g., incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
Manage OHS e.g., manage incident reports and critical risk register.
Any other ad hoc administration duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you'll have demonstrated experience in Administration or a similar role, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and a proven track record working in a varied busy environment where you have developed the ability to work well under pressure.
You'll also have the following:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Proactive nature, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to change and prioritize competing demands.
Resilient nature.
Friendly, can-do attitude where you are happy to complete any task needed to get the job done.
Be a team player but also have the ability to work independently.
