Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Full timeWe are seeking an experienced, proactive and organised Administration Officer to join our team.
This role is essential to the smooth and efficient operation of our office, supporting various departments and is a key role in contributing to the overall success of our Glenara Lakes Facility.The Administration Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, manage day-to-day office operations and handle a variety of tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
This role requires strong organisational skills, frequent use of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails and handling correspondence.Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.Maintain and update office records, databases and filing systems.Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance and management of the office inventory.Provide support in the planning and execution of Facility events and meetings.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Support various departments with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.Preferred Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative roleExperience with office management software (e.g.
