Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is based at the port with flexibility to work at Gap Ridge as needed. The position offers a standard work schedule of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility in start and finish times. This role presents long-term career prospects within a tight-knit team, making it ideal for someone passionate about Karratha and its community. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance schedules. Engage with vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of contract rates. Maintain employee personnel files and compliance documentation. Generate purchase orders for required goods and services. Enter and maintain data in expense tracking systems. Maintain registers for regulatory compliance activities. Utilise RAPID Global system for contractor and employee management. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in administrative support roles preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
