Administration Officer (2888282) Hobart, AustraliaExciting opportunity for an Admin Officer to join the team of a well-respected Hobart Architecture company.Your new companyBased in Hobart, this well-respected architectural company is committed to providing clients with exceptional service and producing quality workmanship. Due to their current Administrator relocating, they have a need for an Administration Officer to join them on a permanent basis.Your new roleAs the Administration Officer, your core duties will be providing project administration support to the Directors along with the Architects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:General administration including travel, diary, and calendar managementArchiving project filesFormatting and implementing company document templatesPreparation of project tender submissionsOversight of websites and social media pagesLiaising with clients and stakeholdersWorking closely with architects and project managersWhat you'll need to succeedAs the successful candidate, you'll have demonstrated experience in project administration or a similar role, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and a proven track record of general administration gained by practical experience.
