Responsibilities:
Deliver Stellar Customer Support: Interact with customers via phone and email in a professional and empathetic manner. Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, requests, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.Administration duties: Be able to multi-task and complete a wide range of data entry and computer based admin tasks in a fast-paced environmentProduct Knowledge: Become an expert on our products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings. Use this knowledge to guide customers and enhance their experience.Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
