Your part in our UnitingCare team We're seeking an Administration Officer to join our Gold Coast Homelessness Service team based in Broadbeach on a maximum term contract until June 30th 2024, with the possibility of an extension.
As a key support role to the delivery of our services, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently. As an Administrative Officer you will:
Provide a range of general administrative activities which require initiative, confidentiality and sensitivityDiary and meeting management and coordination of travel arrangementsUndertake the processing of a range of general financial functions including petty cash, payment of accounts.Maintaining quality processes and proceduresDocument preparation including human resource forms, reports, presentations and submissionsWhat makes a difference for us?
