About the role Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for an experienced administration officer to join our team working across a seven-day rotating roster AM's and PM's. You should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to patients, visitors, staff, and VMOs.
Your duties will include Perform a broad range of administration duties including:Answer and redirect callsPrepare admission paperworkConduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls for visitsMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical recordsPerform Health Fund Checks as requiredManage the collection of excesses/co-paymentsCoordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entryPrevious administrative experience working in a high volume customer-centric role.
