Gardner Cars is looking for a dedicated and detail-orientated Administration Officer to support our operations. If you're organised, a great communicator, and excited to contribute to a successful and friendly automotive business, this role could be for you!

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage paperwork, organise monthly bills, sort mail, and perform general office tasksSales Processing: Oversee paperwork for finalised salesCustomer Service: Answer and direct calls with a professional attitudeData Entry: Input details such as safety certificates and costs into our systemBanking & Record Keeping: Handle banking activities and ensure accurate record-keeping About You: Highly-Organised: You're efficient with tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple responsibilitiesDetail-Orientated: You notice the small things and keep an eye on accuracyClear Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skillsTeam Player: You enjoy a collaborative workplace and embrace our light-hearted cultureTech-Savvy: Familiar with MS Office and open to learning new systems Nice-to-Haves (but not essential):
