We are currently seeking an experienced and capable Administration Officer to join our care team in a permanent full-time capacity.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to a customer service approach whilst ensuring work completion and an eye for detail. 
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:  Handling reception duties, including phone and direct contact with visitors, residents, staff, and contractors. Coordinating admissions and discharges of residents.Accurate invoicing, reconciliations, and order processing.Managing HR files, processing police checks, creating contracts, and assisting with employee onboarding using the existing systems.Managing mail, couriers, deliveries, correspondence, and documentation.Proficient with MS Office – word, excel, PowerPoint, and other software. Qualifications and Attributes: Exceptional communication and telephone skills.Ability to work collaboratively with the team and key personnel to obtain the best results. Demonstrated efficiency in administration skills.Familiarity with rostering processes or roster management.Outstanding and warm personalised customer service skills.Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all company, resident, and employee matters.Proficiency in using technology and software, including rostering systems and reporting.High standard of personal and professional presentation.Valid Driver's License.What We Offer: Competitive pay rate in the industryGenerous Reward and Recognition program offering cash incentives of $5000Supportive team environment providing stability and consistency to your work.Referral program rewards for bringing in talented individuals.Rostered hours provided a fortnight in advance, with occasional short-notice coverage required, Penalties apply per the Aged Care Award rate.Apply now and become part of our compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents, please submit your application via SEEK addressed to the Facility Manager.
