Their industry leadership includes benchmark smelting technology and enviable hydro power position, key strengths in today's carbon-constrained world.About the roleWorkPac are seeking an Administration Officer to join our client in Yarwun.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to the team.Plan, prioritize, and manage daily tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Maintain accurate records and documentation with a strong attention to detail.Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Assist with accounts payable and invoicing tasks as required.Utilize software tools, including Excel, to support project and task management.Contribute to the efficient operation of SAP and/or Track systems, if applicable.Skills and Experience RequiredMinimum of 5 years of administration experience.Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and prioritize effectively.Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of its functionality.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Beneficial Skills and Experience:Previous experience with accounts payable and invoicing processes.Familiarity with SAP and/or Track systems.How to ApplyClick on the Apply button or for more information please contact:At WorkPac, we foster a work environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
