Administration Officer

About The Position This opportunity is for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with possibility of extension.
The City is seeking an organised and proactive person to join the City Growth branch in providing effective and efficient administration and customer service to the community.
City Growth is responsible for the City's planning and building services and while this role will have responsibilities across all branch functions, its main responsibility is to the building team.
The Administration Officer role provides a high standard of administrative support to the business units within the City Growth branch.
The incumbent of this role ensures a professional work environment and strives to continuously improve teamwork, processes and effectiveness in the work area and across the organisation.
