Administration Officer

BX Bunka Australia, specifically Steel-Line Group, is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of an Administration Officer on a permanent full-time basis. Working out of our site located at Geelong and reporting to the State Admin Manager, the successful incumbent will need to possess the following:Duties include:Coordination of customer deliveriesOrder EntryInvoicingProcessing warrantiesEnsuring job completion and customer satisfactionPreparing paperwork for warehouse staffAnswering phone and email requests from existing customersRequirements:Experience with administration/coordination.Technical/product knowledge pertinent to the garage door industry and problem-solving skills, and setting of priorities preferable but not essential.Required to exercise good time management.Requires interpersonal skills.Should possess sound coordination and communication skills.Computer skills are essential.The role attracts an individual who enjoys diversity and is looking to expand on their skills base. Training will be provided.
