Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
The timely and professional answering of all incoming calls from both internal and external customersReceipting and banking of moniesAnnouncing emergency codesAssisting/directing the public to services within ERHMaintaining the debtor system; ensuring fees are accurately invoiced and forwarded promptly to the relevant parties for paymentEnsure effective follow-up of all outstanding accountsOther duties which may be requested from time to timeOur team requires someone who has:
