Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for: The timely and professional answering of all incoming calls from both internal and external customers Receipting and banking of monies Announcing emergency codes Assisting/directing the public to services within ERH Maintaining the debtor system; ensuring fees are accurately invoiced and forwarded promptly to the relevant parties for payment Ensure effective follow-up of all outstanding accounts Other duties which may be requested from time to time Our team requires someone who has: Excellent customer service skills Ability to problem solve Excellent communication skills Computer skills Experience in reception This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check. In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19..
