Administration Officer

Macquarie Electric is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. With a primary focus on document compliance and effective communication, you'll be an integral part of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and enjoyable work environmentHandle communication with third parties (clients, vendors, internal teams)Ensure document compliance and maintain accurate recordsManage supplies, negotiate prices, and place ordersMaintain and update company databasesSupport HR activities, including recruitment, reference checks, and issuing contractsProduce reports on HR activity and general administrative functionsWhat We're Looking For: A minimum of 2 years of administration experienceStrong attention to detail, particularly in document management and complianceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressureProactive, with a solutions-focused mindsetIf you're ready to contribute to a growing company, maintain essential systems, and help drive compliance standards forward, we want to hear from you!
