Professional support and development provided Administration Officer / Receptionist position available at reproductive & sexual health NGO clinics. S tate of the art facilities with comprehensive clinical supports and opportunities to build your customer service and administration skills in reception, call handling, general administration, appointment scheduling and billing.

As an independent not-for-profit organisation, we offer expert clinical care, information, and advice for everybody in every family as well as education and training and evidence-based research to support doctors, nurses, and other professionals.
Develop and expand your administration and customer service skills in a specialised clinical setting focusing  on reproductive and sexual health across clinics, day surgery and our new appointment call centre.

This is a multi-faceted role which is responsible for providing clerical, administrative and reception support across our range of clinical services. The position is part of a multidisciplinary team.
Hourly Rate: $34.23 - $35.99 (level is based on experience)
Desired Skills and ExperienceRelevant certificate level qualifications in business administration or similarMinimum 2 years previous experience in an administration, reception or call centre roleHigh level computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and data entryHigh level interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to handle high volume of telephone callsDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamPrevious experience in a healthcare environment, including use of electronic medical record systems and client billingPrevious experience in basic financial systemsExperience working with culturally and linguistically diverse clients and/or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communitiesOther requirements A Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check are required prior to commencement#J-18808-Ljbffr
