About the Job: We need a skilled Administrative Officer to join our office team in a full-time permanent position. Responsibilities include:
General administrative duties Accounts Payable/Receivable Payroll processing Bank recs Provide administrative support to other teams Reception, filing, data entry and reporting tasks Customer service, answering phones, responding to emails etc About You: You will be a great administrator with good time management skills. In addition, you will have: Understanding of Xero or similar SME finance packages Customer service focused with friendly disposition Understanding/experience in basic finance functions such as AP/AR, payroll, invoicing, Bank rec's Excellent computer skills Experience in a construction/manufacturing environment desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills How to Apply: Apply on SEEK.
