Then we have a great opportunity for you to contribute to meaningful and sustainable development projects at the Northern Land Council!About the RoleThe NLC's Community Planning and Development (CP&D) program supports Aboriginal groups to plan, fund and undertake their own development projects using an empowerment-based model.As the CP&D Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative, logistical, financial and project support to assist the CP&D Branch to achieve its operational and strategic goals.What You Will Bring:Exceptional Administrative Skills: Proven ability to manage complex schedules, documentation, and reporting with precision and efficiency.Cultural Awareness: Deep respect for and understanding of Indigenous communities, with a commitment to supporting their aspirations and self-determination.Strong Coordination: Skilled in streamlining processes, ensuring seamless communication, and keeping teams organized and focused.Attention to Detail: Highly organized, with expertise in data management, compliance, and policy adherence.Team-Oriented Approach: Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.What's in it for you?As part of the NLC, you'll enjoy a supportive, inclusive workplace committed to professional growth, cultural respect, and work-life balance.
