About the role: This position is situated within the Darwin office of MacKillop's WA/NT Services Division.
The Administration Officer, Darwin will provide timely and efficient administrative support in relation to program and support services processes, including overseeing the reception area.
The Administration Officer, Darwin is a member of the WA/NT Services Unit and reports to the Darwin NT Team Leader.
The Administration Officer, NT will:
Provide high quality PA and administration support to the Family Support Service Team Leader, NT and administrative support to the Greater Darwin NT Services and WA/NT administration team.Liaise as required with staff from MacKillop's Offices, as well as staff from a wide range of government and non-government agencies.Oversee the local integration and alignment of all 'back office' functions, including contracting and standards, policy implementation, community relations, finance and business services, and human resource management in partnership with relevant MacKillop staff locally and at head office.This is an ongoing Part-Time 25 hours per week with working hours of 8am-2pm Monday to Friday opportunity based in Darwin, NT within our WA/NT Services Program.
