Our vision is to set the benchmark for excellence in the logistics sector, while also providing our staff with an exceptional workplace experience.About the Role:Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the warehouse team as needed.Maintain data input, reporting and integrity.Check and reconcile outbound paperwork.Manage daily operations related to product arrivals and releases.Ensure accurate and timely data input in all systems.Offer prompt and courteous customer assistance.Carry out general administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and other data entry tasks.Listen to customers, their needs, and complaints and develop effective solutions to resolve their problems.Work as part of a team to achieve customer service goals and objectives for the company.Work in line with company operating standards.Think outside of the box and develop new ideas or initiatives that could benefit the team as a whole.Be polite, kind, and courteous at all times.Assist in adjacent areas when required.Requirements:Previous experience in a transport or warehouse environment (preferred).Familiarity with WMS software (preferred).High attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent problem-solving skills.Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing workloads and operational pressure.Previous experience in Customer Service would be highly regarded.CRL Express values our people, who are our greatest assets.
