Working Monday to Friday starting at 8am, you'll ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks, contributing to the seamless operations of our business. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while playing a crucial part in a high-value contract. Key areas:Accurate data entry of financial information into internal systemsProcess driver payroll and subcontractor payments, ensuring compliance with deadlinesReconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies promptlyLiaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve requests and disputesGenerate daily and weekly reports for senior staff and customersEnsure all documentation is filed and archived efficientlyAre you the one?We're seeking seasoned transport professionals with experience in scheduling/allocation or relevant operations, offering training and support for the ideal candidate.
