Customer focused Administrator wanted Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Opportunities for career progression All Spa Superstore has a fantastic Full Time Administration Assistant opportunity available on our friendly team!
This position would suit a motivated individual with great attention to detail and a focus on customer service.
Your role will be delivering a strong emphasis on: Dealing with enquiries face to face, over the phone or electronically Scheduling job bookings Liaising with repair technicians and ordering parts Preparing sales orders and quotes Accounts payable and receivable Data entry Assisting with sales department if required To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate: A background in Administration and Customer Service The ability to work in a team Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks Strong computer skills (ServiceM8 and Xero highly regarded, however training will be provided) Attention to detail Maturity with a can-do attitude Clear English communication skills (written and verbal) We're a small and rapidly expanding business, and offer a fast paced, friendly and approachable team environment.
