Job Summary: Signature Training College is seeking a meticulous and efficient RTO Administrator to support the operations and compliance of our Registered Training Organisation. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the RTO. Compliance Documentation: Assist in maintaining and updating compliance documentation to meet ASQA standards. Student Services: Manage student records, admissions, and enrollment processes. Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry and management of the student management system. Reporting: Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities and senior management. Communication: Liaise with students, staff, and external stakeholders to provide information and support. Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, and training sessions.Requirements: Qualifications: A relevant qualification in administration or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within an RTO. Knowledge: Familiarity with ASQA standards and compliance requirements. Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
