Key Responsibilities Draft correspondence for managers involving routine and / or non-technical matters.Use relevant business systems to meet reporting and administrative requirements.Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.Purchase, receive and store office supplies and similar, ensuring that basic supplies are readily available.Provide administrative support to management and other office-based staff.Make travel, meeting and other arrangements.Check own work and provide guidance to less experienced staff.Reception Duties (where applicable, as and when required) Answer general phone enquiries using a professional and courteous manner and direct enquiries to the appropriate staff members.Respond promptly and accurately to requests for general information based on an understanding of the work area's priorities.Greet customers / suppliers / visitors to the organisation in a professional and friendly manner.
