ADMINISTRATION OFFICER Job No: 1009 Employment Status: 0.8 Part-Time, Ongoing Hey You! Are you experienced in administration? Looking to work for a not-for-profit organisation? Then come join the team at genU! We are looking for an Administration Officer to support our Community Participation division Queen Street,Colac. The Community Participation division of genU provides a range of services and supports to people living with disabilities. Our purpose is to facilitate innovative, client-focused programs aimed at building the individual's positive communication skills, teamwork, social skills, self-confidence, and mental wellbeing. As the Administration Officer you will greet customers with a bright and professional manner and partake in administrative duties & daily operations. You will develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, genU branches and external organisations. The Administration Officer will work collaboratively with management and the team to provide administrative assistance whilst focusing on compliance and continuous improvement. Based in Queen Street Colac, this is a part-time position. About You! Our ideal Administration Officer has exceptional customer service and communication skills with excellent written and verbal skills. You will have meticulous organisational and time management skills and a demonstrated high level of attention to detail. You will also be proficient in MS Office.
Cert III in Administration or Business Studies and/or relevant industry experience Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability in working with a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience using a CRM system is desirable Evidence of timely reporting/database management as directed Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain COVID vaccination: genU requires all employees, contractors, volunteers, and work-placement students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they are an Excepted Person as defined by the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions.
