This payrate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.Flexible admin temp contracts, durations & temp to perm opportunities.Chance to grow and gain experience in a unique Government Department.Most jobs are in urban locations and close to public transport.Easy to fill timesheet, on-time payment and option for Real-Time Remuneration.Duties and responsibilities:As part of the Department, you will support the team performance with various administrative tasks:Handle office tasks and other duties that support business operations.Filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, and fax operations.Preparing cash payment summaries, banking reports, and bank statements as required.Arranging the distribution and collection of mail services including arranging external couriers and collecting, collating and distributing internal correspondence.Booking meeting rooms, ordering catering requirements for conferences and meetings as required.Maintain an up-to-date level of knowledge about the Client's policies and procedures.Qualifications:To excel in administration, you're a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and admin skills.
