About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officerto join our Fyshwick Team. Working with a national administration team to support business functions.This is a full time position working Monday – Friday.
Your Duties: Managing Incoming telephone enquiriesManaging referrals and bookings for NDIS servicesCreating and updating electronic records for new referralsAssisting with reporting as requiredOther additional administration duties as requiredRole requirements: Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)Previous Health knowledge (desired, but not essential)Care about providing exceptional customer serviceCommunicate effectively and appropriatelyTake pride in your work and focus on excellent qualityWillingness to learnData entry skillsExceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skillsAbility to monitor personal workload and manage own timeAbility to work effectively as part of a teamWilling to undergo a National Police CheckHold a or be willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person checkA bit about us: ORS is one of the largest and fastest growing national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia, and has a proven track record and reputation for providing high quality evidence-based and client centred services for over30 years!
