You will support theDirector as Personal Assistant, coordinate the business management system and provide administrative support to the broader team.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the Business Management Systems (BMS) Act as Personal Assistant to the Director Provide administrative support to the engineering team in Canberra Assist with the preparation and delivery of bids & tenders Manage internal audit requirements Coordinate and participate in external audits ABOUT YOU
Two years' experience in office administration Some experience in quality system (QA) administration Organised, can balance priorities and get things done Communicate professionally Helpful and work well with your team Proficient in use of Word, Excel, Outlook and other office related programs Experience with Adobe Design suite highly desirable Construction industry experience highly desirable WHAT WE OFFER
