Administration OfficerWe are currently offering a part-time (4 days) opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to become part of our Booyal (Bundaberg) Quarry team.
Reporting directly to the Quarry Manager, this role is crucial to providing key support and overseeing the administrative requirements for the Quarry.
Your day will involve: Data and spreadsheet managementMaintain the current maintenance management system, Maximo.Assisting Weighbridge operatorsGenerating Purchase OrdersWhat are we looking for? Experience in a similar Administration role ideally within the construction industry (or similar)Exposure to Maximo & Oracle/Basware systems (preferred but not essential)Intermediate to advanced MS Office skillsExcellent organisational skills and an eye for detailStrong time management skills and the ability to resolve issuesAbility to meet deadlines, work under pressure and see tasks through to completionStrong verbal and written communications skills and numerical accuracyWhat's on offer?
