About the role AMD Practice Solutions (APS) is the AMD Group Corporate Services division covering Human Resources, IT&T, Projects, and Marketing and is involved in establishing group-wide systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiencies across all sites.
We are seeking a tech-savvy Administration Officer to join AMD Practice Solutions.
Reporting to the APS Coordinator, the role is to provide administrative support in bookkeeping, information technology, and marketing support.
This role offers the flexibility to be based from one of our offices in Bunbury, Mandurah, Margaret River, or Geraldton.
This role is advertised as full-time; however, this role will be 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities Accounts payable and receivable.Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees to AMD system and software applications as per procedure.Maintain and update APS tasks list.Maintain and update Applications database.Password resets for applications.Applicational support and troubleshooting errors.Update Asset Register including updating workstation map and seating plan.Update procedure manuals.About you To be successful for this role, ideally you will have the following experience and attributes:
IT administration duties including onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as IT support matters (training on systems will be provided).Assisting with group-wide communications, scheduling events, and meetings.Experience using Xero for bookkeeping functions including accounts entering and payments, processing fortnightly payroll, monthly BAS preparation, and financial reporting for APS management.General administration including ordering of stationery, marketing materials, uniforms, etc.Strong Microsoft Office skills, Outlook, Word, and Excel.High level of communication, written and interpersonal skills.Excellent relationship-building skills across multiple offices within AMD.High attention to detail and a proactive, capable, and helpful approach.Current driver's licence with own transport.National police clearance no older than 3 months or be able to obtain.If you are a school leaver who has completed VET studies in business, we understand you may not have the experience required, but AMD has had very positive experiences with VET students and therefore encourages applicants regardless.
