Your duties will include a wide range of tasks, from processing invoices and managing email to handling reception duties.We want to hear from you if you are a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced administrator or a keen learner interested in growing into a dynamic administrative role.
Key responsibilities of the role: Process purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and complianceMatch invoices to corresponding purchase ordersPrepare invoices for paymentSystem data entryManage email inbox and respond to inquiriesHandle general reception duties (phones, mail)General office maintenanceOrder office supplies and consumables, manage stock inventoryAssist with various administrative tasks as needed (e.g., event coordination, flight and accommodation bookings).LocationThis is a permanent full-time, residential role based at our Broome office.
