About the role
Join our Business Services team and provide essential administrative support to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include a wide range of tasks, from processing invoices and managing email to handling reception duties.

Key responsibilities of the role: Process purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders Prepare invoices for payment System data entry Manage email inbox and respond to inquiries Handle general reception duties (phones, mail) General office maintenance Order office supplies and consumables, manage stock inventory Assist with various administrative tasks as needed (e.g., event coordination, flight and accommodation bookings). This is a permanent full-time, residential role based at our Broome office. Local residents are encouraged to apply.

Essential criteria: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Computer literacy and experience with MS suite of programs Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Unrestricted working rights in Australia C Class Drivers licence Desirable criteria: Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative role Previous experience using business management systems Tertiary qualification in business administration, or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr
