About this role A casual opportunity covering 60 hours per fortnight as an Administration Officer has become available based in Mitchelton at our Moonah Park Aged Care facility.
We are seeking an organised and self-motivated individual to join our team.
To be the right fit for this role, you'll be a friendly and organised professional who shows initiative to keeps things running smoothly, and is willing to work weekends, as required.
You'll provide top-notch administrative support while helping ensure our services meet the highest standards of care and compassion.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing staff rosters and coordinating scheduling needs.
Handling resident admissions, discharges, and agreements.
Supporting financial administration, including accounts payable and receipting.
Welcoming new staff by coordinating paperwork, compliance, and training records.
Assisting with inquiries from residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
What you can bring to the team To be suitable for this role, you will have: Certificate III in Business (or similar) or equivalent work experience.
At least two years' experience in an administrative role; aged care experience is a bonus.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
