As the first point of contact for the school, the role holder must exercise discretion and confidentiality when dealing with visitors and callers and always operate with a high degree of professionalism. The position is responsible for managing a busy main administration area, student attendance, record management, coordination of the School Health room and first aid processes.Previous experience working in a similar role, specifically with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Forms) and Adobe Acrobat, would be viewed favourably.
