A 12-month temp fulltime opportunity exists, based at Brighton Health Campus. The role sits under Metro North, Community and Oral Health and reports to the Senior Admin Officer and Facility Manager. Some tasks the administration officer is responsible for include managing and issuing swipe cards, facility keys & generic email communications, completing monthly reports within timeframe whilst providing frontline client-focused support to Brighton Health Campus.

About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Ensure client confidentiality is always maintained in accordance with Queensland Health Policy.Manage workload appropriately; prioritising tasks, ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.Maintain integrity of client and information databases, administrative systems and processes in accordance with approved policies and guidelines.Log Maintenance Requests via computer systems (S/4 HANA), coordinate contractors i.e. access, send out impact notices to all staff, in consultation with the Facility Manager.Manage facility access including swipe cards and key management for contractors and employees.Health Equity It is expected that all Metro North Health staff, including the incumbent of this role as a valuable member of the Metro North workforce, contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the intent of supporting the defined six actions that specifically meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).
