The Metro South Health@Home, Acute Care@Home Logan are looking for a Temporary Full time Administration Officer position to join their team. Community and Oral Health deliver a broad range of quality community-based care and support services to help people improve and maintain their wellbeing and independence as well as oral health services to adults and children.

About the RoleThis position reports operationally and professionally to the Nurse Unit Manager, Acute Care@Home Logan Hub.Consult with clients and referral sources to obtain correct demographic and referral information for the processing of referrals, ensuring prospective patient referrals are managed in accordance with the policies and procedures governing data management systems.Utilise information systems to record and update all patient demographic information (HBCIS, ieMR, ERIC, CHIMS and The Viewer).Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence shape our culture within Metro South Health.
