Briswide Excavations are looking for a new admin and allocations team member
Your role at Briswide Excavations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our dynamic Earthmoving business. Based in our Hemmant office, this full-time position will see you responsible for a range of tasks that are vital to the smooth running of our company and meeting the expectations of our valuable clients.
What you'll be doing-
·        Booking jobs and resources to ensure efficiency for our clients.
·        Allocating our fleet of machinery and trucks.
·        Allocating and maintaining documentation for our subcontractors.
·        Handling a variety of administrative duties including data entry, filing, and general office support where required.
Strengths we are looking for -
·        Proven experience in a similar role.
·        Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
·        An ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
·        An ability to think outside the box and problem solve.
·        Proficiency in using Microsoft Office – Word and Excel.
·        Experience in CRM or Job Management software.
·        A commitment to delivering high quality work and contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.
·        A friendly and vibrant personality to suit our team.
Experience and knowledge of earthmoving machinery and transport industries will be highly regarded.
