It now has 24 offices across Australia, offering only the highest level of client services across Bookkeeping, Tax Accounting, CFO Advisory, Wealth Management, Finance & Lending, and Insurance.
Their friendly Ipswich team is looking for a strong Administrator to join them, helping to support the accountants and 4 Partners (in that office)!
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is studying accounting, bookkeeping, or looking for long-term development opportunities in the industry!
About the Role As an administrator, your responsibilities will include: Maintaining the client database (onboarding, offboarding and updating details) Lodging tax returns (prepared by the accountants) Preparing collations for clients and sending documentation to clients  Updating the ATO portal and contacting the ATO directly to set up payment plans   Collaboratively working alongside a team of 3 administrators and reporting into the Office Manager/Senior Administrator Other adhoc office tasks such as preparing meetings, sorting incoming mail, filing documentation etc.
Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have all (if not some) of the following: Experience using Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Microsoft Suite, ATO portal and Suite Files At least 2-3 years' experience working as an administrator in a public practice accounting firm (not necessary, but ideal!)
Be a great communicator, friendly, and enjoy building relationships with both clients and teammates!
