Administration Officer

We are looking for Administration Officers to join our Head Office team to assist our Accountants with administration tasks. This role is a short-term seasonal role and will commence in mid June. 
This role is a Work from Home role and will require the successful applicant to provide the following equipment:
Computer2 Monitors (can be a laptop screen and monitor)KeyboardMouseWebcamHeadset - not earbudsThe Admin team is responsible for the following tasks; Client phone calls (in/out)Data entryProcess emails to client accountsRespond and action client administration requests Liaise with the ATOLiaise with clientsSkills and Experience High attention to detail, organisation and time management skillsMust be comfortable making phone callsA friendly demeanour with a flexible and willing attitudeAccurate word processing skillsIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office
 Working Hours Hours will range between 25 - 30 hours per week on a Monday – Friday  roster.
