Our Administration Officer will be thefirst point of contact for inquiries at headspace Emerald and willprovide a broad range of administration supportfunctions. Whatwill a typical day look like? Provide day to dayreception and administrative support. Make appointmentsfor young people including, SMS reminders and maintainingwaitlists. Meet and greetvisitors to headspace Emerald while maintaining a clean, safe,and inviting environment. Maintain Excelspreadsheets (registers), establish MDS surveys (hAPI app) andextensive use of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)system. Transcribe lettersand reports, scan files as required. Ensure all incomingphone calls are attended to in a prompt, courteous andyouth-friendly manner. Provide informationto young people, their families and friends presenting toheadspace Emerald, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt within a confidential and sensitive manner. Assist in the setupand pack up of the centre, ensuring rooms and facilities areleft clean and tidy each day. Assist managementto identify, establish and improve administrativeprocesses. MandatoryRequirements: Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption) Ability to obtain aYellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemptionnotice) Certificate III inbusiness/office administration (or related discipline) andexperience in a similar position; or a minimum of 2 yearsrelevant experience and willingness to achieve a CertificateIII in the recommended time from enrolment.
