The Computing and Information Technology department is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Officer to join our team! In this role, you will work with the department's administrative systems and processes to ensure the smooth operations and quality customer service for students, clients, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the admissions for programs.Providing high-level administrative support to the Head of Department and Education Managers.Handling student inquiries.If you possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! ABOUT YOU Diploma of Business Administration or similar tertiary qualification and/or relevant work experience.Proficient in office management practices, with strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and customer relations systems.Knowledge of student management systems like Banner, with an understanding of student enrolment and administration policies.High level customer service skills and telephone skills, providing courteous, informative and accurate responses to all enquiries.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, able to manage competing priorities and work under pressure with accuracy.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders.ABOUT US Holmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry, and the community.
