Administration Officer

WOW Recruitment is seeking an Administration Officer to join an expanding family-run business based in Sydney's Inner West.
You will provide vital support to the office and sales manager, ensuring seamless coordination of internal processes and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business.
What you'll be doing: Answering incoming calls and managing an email inbox responding to customer queries. Processing, receiving, and tracking sales orders as required. Generating sales quotes accurately and promptly. Data entry of customer information into the internal database. Content creation for social media – Twitter & LinkedIn. Maintain cleanliness of the office environment. Assisting with weekly accounts receivables and payments due. General office admin duties; photocopying, scanning, ordering supplies and sundries as required. Providing operational and admin support to the wider team as required. What do you bring: 2+ years of experience in a similar role is highly desired. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. Excellent people skills and professional demeanour. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Proficient with Xero or MYOB. Ability to work with a small team. Team player.
