Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join the Team at our Cannon Hill Office in Brisbane.
The Position Working closely with the Central Administration Team, Senior Management, and the Operation Teams, you will be responsible for producing reports and monitoring compliance for requisite sites with the Compass Group Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Management System.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, your duties include: Producing and reviewing reports Providing advice on reporting and compliance matters regarding the Compass and requisite mining contract frameworks Monitoring and maintaining the Compass and Clients Compliance Program which includes monitoring both the internal audit schedule and database of results Coordinating external audits for sites' contractual requirements Assisting with the development of processes and procedures for the Central Administration Support Centre Development and completion of Monthly Performance Report for clients on a monthly basis Development and completion of all other requisite reports in accordance with the contract scheduled timeframes The Person Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality Management Systems High level report writing skills High level of written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy Demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring QMS programs in a multi-service environment The Benefits 12 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers Access to a wide variety of training and development Clear career paths and support to achieve your goals Personal and site-based recognition programs Immediate access to 100+ retail discounts accessible from your mobile Multiple salary packaging options to help your dollar go further Our people's unique backgrounds, experiences, and abilities are at the heart of our vibrant workforce.
