Our Indigenous Engagement Team, based at Ayers Rock Resort, is searching for anAdminsitration Officer to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
About the role
The Administration Officer is an important position within our Indigenous Engagement Team at Ayers Rock Resort. Your role will be toprovide centralised and tailored administration services and assistance to the Indigenous Engagement, Community Safety & Wellbeing, Learning and Development, NITA and IT&T Technical Support departments.
The key duties of the role include:
Manage purchase orders and invoicing. Coordinate and maintain facilities, including kitchen, training rooms, meeting rooms and other places where required. Coordinate and manage Kronos, including timecard exceptions and roster creation. Prepare internal and external documents for presentations and take minutes as required. Organise and monitor property maintenance requests Book flights and/or accommodation for Indigenous Engagement team staff when required. About you
You are an experienced and professional administration officer with high level of computer literacy and attention to detail. You will be familiar with administrative processes as well as the ability to think outside the box in ensuring you deliver efficient administration to support the team.
Due to working with young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, you will require a full driver's license and a current Working With Children's Check or the ability to obtain one.
