We're seeking an Administration Officer to provide vital administrative support to our Albury office as part of the Permanency Support Program.
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional and courteous reception and administrative services.Perform office duties, including mail distribution, phone call management, travel bookings, invoicing, filing, and petty cash management.Support fleet vehicle maintenance and address building maintenance needs.Work respectfully with Aboriginal families and diverse communities, ensuring culturally safe practices.Participate in workplace health and safety activities and adopt the Sanctuary Framework.What You'll Need: Certificate II in Business Administration or Administration (or working toward)Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with diverse communities.Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.Understanding of financial systems, filing systems and office documentation.A commitment to working respectfully with vulnerable individuals and communities.Apply now to join our team and contribute to a program that makes a real difference in the community!
