Administration Officer

The role: Do you have great administration and telephone skills?
Do you love meeting new people and making conversation and customer focused?
We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service, great communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude to join our team in our busy allied health clinics, providing front of house reception services on a casual basis.
The ideal candidate would be available to work across our Glenelg, Rostrevor and Christie Downs studios, but being available to work across at least two is a must.
ACH Group specialises in working with older people, and our studios provide allied health and exercise services from our purpose built and modern spaces.
What you'll do: Provide exceptional front desk customer service, including answering phones & greeting customers and visitors Schedule and book customer appointments Manage records and documents Handle cash and manage payments Process Medicare and private health fund payments Perform general administration tasks to support the Allied Health team About You!
