Orroroo Hospital, part of the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, is looking for a passionate and skilled Administration Officer to make a difference.In this essential role, you'll provide high-quality, confidential administrative services to clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring smooth operations at the Orroroo Hospital and Community Home.
You'll be the first point of contact, managing the switchboard and reception area, while maintaining accurate records, including resident data and hospital documentation.What You'll Do: Manage the hospital's switchboard and reception area.Handle the creation, storage, retention, and disposal of resident records.Maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and Working Systems.Develop and maintain spreadsheets, create documents using Microsoft Office, and take meeting minutes.Contribute to the accreditation process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience providing confidential administrative support at an executive level.Expertise in office administration processes and software, including Microsoft Excel and Word.Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.An understanding of OHS legislation and principles.
